THINKING MADE VISUAL

Get a glimpse into the realm of my brain; where creativity is limitless and boundaries don’t exist.

1. ANTE UP

Every creative process starts with a willingness to invest your time and energy. Just like in poker, you need to put something in to get something out. In design, that means dedicating myself to the task at hand and bringing my full attention and creativity to the table. For me, this starts with a pair of headphones and blaring music.

2. DEAL THE CARDS

It's time to start laying out my ideas. This step is all about mind-mapping and coming up with as many potential solutions as possible. I like to analyze what cards I have to work with before I start making moves.

3. PLAY MY HAND

This is when I start making decisions. I explore multiple options and weigh the pros and cons of each to decipher which one has the most potential. Just like in poker, you need to make strategic choices based on the information you have available.

4. RAISE THE STAKES

Once I’ve chosen a direction to pursue, it's time to start refining and elevating it to the next level. This might mean adding more detail, experimenting with different elements, or exploring new angles. I continue to push myself and take calculated risks to succeed.

5. GO ALL IN

Once my idea is polished and refined, it's time to commit fully and execute my vision. This is the moment I go all-in on my idea. Just like in poker, you need to have confidence in your hand and be willing to bet big if you want to win.

6. JACKPOT

This is the step that makes all the hard work worth it. Just like hitting the jackpot in poker, this is the moment when I can see my creative process pay off in a big way. Whether it's a finished project, a satisfied client, or simply the fulfillment of a job well done, this is the moment when my ideas become reality.
